Alaine Latimer (also known as Lainey) is passionate about empowering you to find strength and balance in all areas of life. With 12 years’ experience in the Wellness Industry and Personal Training, Lainey will tailor your Personal Training Session to suit you.
Whether you’re wanting to build strength, increase fitness, rehabilitating from an injury or craving to put a focus on you and your body; Lainey specialises in guiding and motivating clients reach their desired goals.
